The whole system, read from the machines
Every database, substrate store, corpus and endpoint across four hosts — the live data flow and the learning loops that never stop. Numbers below are read from the running system: vitals and the federation refresh as you watch.
Signal circulates as a loop — the world comes in, becomes meaning, is stored, woven into a graph, reasoned over, answered, proven, and learned from. The last stage feeds the first.
Five loops run continuously on the cortex. Together they perceive, circulate, reason, integrate, and rewire — every co-firing that repeats becomes a new edge in the graph.
Every persistent store across the federation — Postgres clusters, SQLite, and the binary weight files.

What the mind is physically made of — binary hypervector stores and the sparse codes. Every value is an integer signature; nothing drifts.

The knowledge it feeds on and the model weights it can call.
| Corpus | Host | Size | Scale | What |

The generative voices — served small & fast; the giant weights kept cold.

Every organ, its health and capabilities, polled from ORACLE’s registry in real time.
